- 2lb Potatoes

- 2lb parsnips
- 2lb Brussels sprouts
- lots of kale
- delicata squash
- 1 pie pumpkin
- 1 large head of garlic
- plenty of shallots
- whole wheat flour
- 1 loaf of rustic bread for stuffing
- hazelnuts
- 12oz Cranberries
- dried cherries
- 1lb Shiitakes
- 1lb butter
- fresh herbs (thyme, parsley)
